Club members will have already received an email about this however if you are thinking of joining the club, you’d be welcome to come along also.
We are planning on going either the 12th or 19th of May when prices are still reasonable. We will be going with either OceanElements or Neilson (Club Vass don’t open till beginning of June), both centres offer daily tuition and a good range of kit. Both packages are B&B unlike Club Vass. We expect the price to be in the £450 mark though it could be a little less or indeed a little more.
And when it blows well, hang on to your hats.
We will arrange communal transport to the airport. If you are thinking of bringing your partners, they is lots more to do that sit and watch the windsurfing. Vassiliki has some wonderful beaches, lots of really lovely walks and bike rides or you could hire a car or moped and explore a very beautiful island. There are boat trips from the harbour though these tend to be less frequent than in high season. The harbout itself is one of the prettiest in Greece with tavernas right on the waters edge, and cafes to chill out and people watch.
Please let me know by the 20th January if you are interested, even if you can’t be fully certain. I will then contact the companies to get an approximate cost.
